What data does the Diagnostic actually need from us?
CMMS extracts (work orders, completion data, asset history), downtime logs from the past 12 months, a high-level operating P&L summary, and your last 6 months of overtime and contractor spend data. If your data is messy, that is fine. Messy data is a finding in itself, and the Diagnostic works with what you have. No new tools required.

Do you implement the recovery actions, or just produce the report?
The Diagnostic delivers the plan. Implementation happens through one of three paths discussed during the Executive Readout: internal execution using the report as your playbook, an Extension Pack ($35k) for single-zone depth or a 6-month implementation roadmap, or the 90-Day Recovery Sprint ($150k) for multi-zone systemic work with execution support alongside your team.
