Before we start.
Do you only offer Schedule Reset?
No. It is a defined starting service. Other maintenance-planning, project-controls, asset-data and operations-improvement assignments are considered where the problem, scope, capability and delivery conditions are a genuine fit.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Remote delivery is preferred where the information and operating context allow it. Site attendance is considered separately and must be explicitly included in the agreed scope, cost and dates.
Can you work with our existing spreadsheets or CMMS?
We can assess whether the available exports, spreadsheets and records are sufficient for the proposed work. We do not require or promise unrestricted access to a client's live systems.
What if the job is too large or needs licensed specialists?
We will say so. We do not claim to provide trade work, statutory engineering approvals or qualifications we do not hold. Any specialist involvement must be properly scoped and approved.
How is the fee decided?
For an established fixed-scope offer, the applicable fee is confirmed in writing. Other engagements are quoted after confirming the actual deliverables, effort, risk, data and timing. No work starts on the basis of an informal estimate alone.
