How is the Diagnostic different from the Free Plant Scorecard?
The Scorecard is a free 3-minute self-assessment: 15 questions, instant grade, no email needed to see it. It tells you where the leaks are likely sitting. The Diagnostic validates that against your actual data, quantifies it in dollars, and gives you a sequenced plan to act on it. Most operations should start with the Scorecard. The Diagnostic is for when the Scorecard or your own gut confirms enough exposure to justify the deeper work.
What is the Reactive-Share Snapshot?
The smaller first step. For A$1,500 + GST you send 12 months of work-order data, and within 72 hours you get your reactive-work share, the 12-month trend, a defensible estimate of the annual dollar loss, and the top three recovery levers, with a 30-minute readout. If the analysis cannot identify annual losses of at least ten times the fee, the fee is refunded in full. The fee credits in full toward either Diagnostic if you go deeper.
What is the Remote Plant Diagnostic?
The middle step, delivered entirely remotely for A$4,950 + GST. It extends the Snapshot across all five leak zones and adds a ranked action list, a dollarised loss estimate per zone, a 90-day attack plan, and a one-hour executive readout, within 10 business days of receiving your data. Your Snapshot fee credits in full, and if you bring us on site within 90 days, half the fee credits toward the Practitioner Diagnostic.
What data do you actually need from us?
CMMS extracts (work orders, completion data, asset history), downtime logs from the past 12 months, a high-level operating P&L summary, and your last 6 months of overtime and contractor spend data. If your data is messy, that is fine. Messy data is a finding in itself, and we work with what you have.
What if the Diagnostic shows we do not have a major problem?
Then the report says so. I would rather give you that answer in writing than invent leverage points to justify a deeper engagement. The Diagnostic is a binary fit-or-not test for the deeper tiers. If the answer is "take the report and execute internally," that is a clean outcome and you keep the report.
Do you implement the recovery actions, or just produce the report?
The Diagnostic delivers the plan. Implementation happens through one of three next-step paths discussed in the Executive Readout: internal execution using the plan, an Extension Pack for single-zone or roadmap depth, or a 90-Day Sprint for multi-zone systemic work. No upsell pressure; the report will be honest about which path fits.
How quickly can we start?
